Large Table Booking – 6 or More People

 

Deposit Required:

  • 25.00€ per person, which will be deducted from your final bill.


Refund Policy:

  • If a table is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of the date of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges.

  • If a table is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of the booking the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges, providing the restaurant has not incurred any loss in revenue as a result of the last-minute cancellation.

  • Deposits taken against New Year’s Eve are exempt from standard terms and conditions and are non-refundable.

Private Party & Event Bookings

 

Payment terms:​

We require…

  • An initial 25.00€ per person holding deposit in order to confirm your booking.

  • The second instalment of 40% two months or more in advance of the day of the event.

  • The remaining balance one month or more in advance of the date of the event.

  • Any bills relating to additional food, beverage or service are to be settled on the day of the event by card or cash.

*Payment terms for events booked with less than two months' notice will be applied accordingly.

 

Refund policy:​

  • The initial 25.00€ per person holding deposit is non-refundable.

  • A partial or full refund of the second instalment is only applicable if the desire to cancel has been communicated two months or more prior to the date of the event/private party.

  • A full refund of the remaining balance is only applicable if the desire to cancel has been communicated one month or more prior to the date of the event/private party.

 

Luxury Sun Bed Bookings

 

Payment Terms:

  • Full amount paid in advance.

Refund Policy:

  • If a luxury bed is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges.

  • If a luxury bed is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of the booking the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges, provided the restaurant has not incurred any loss in revenue as a result of the last-minute cancellation.


No-Show Policy:

  • Luxury beds which have been reserved but are still not occupied by 12:00 pm will be let go. We advise you to call the restaurant on the morning of your reservation to advise the reception if you are likely to arrive after 12:00 pm.

  • The establishment reserves the right to charge in full for luxury sun beds which have been reserved but not occupied. The total or remaining cost of which will be added to the outstanding restaurant of the party who made the reservation.

Standard Sun Bed Bookings

Payment Terms:

  • Full amount paid in advance when reserving 6 or more sun beds, or multiple days.

Refund Policy:

  • If a standard sun bed is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges.

  • If a standard sun bed is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of the
    booking the deposit will be refunded net of any third-party administrative charges, provided the restaurant has not incurred any loss in revenue as a result of the last-minute cancellation.


No-Show Policy:
